Shop Updates
Apologies that we have been a little quieter here- but welcome to our shop-dates.
What’s New With Us
Its been a busy few months for us at Cohesive. Greenville, South Carolina continues to grow in a way that amazes and astounds us!
White Duck Taco
Let’s go ahead and address the biggest question we get here at Cohesive: “When is White Duck going to open?”
The short answer: we don’t know. But Richard, Dan, and the team are cranking away and moving along. The answer we can give you all is: “soon, and we cannot wait!”
They have become some amazingly dear friends through this process and they have hit snags just like all of us- so stay patient and stay hungry because when they do open I can promise you it is going to be amazing!
Top 10 Coffee Shops
At the beginning of February, the website Top10GSP launched a poll looking for the best coffee shop in Greenville and Spartanburg. The contest ran from February 2-28th. There were over 2000 votes- and after the chips fell- we are excited to say we were ranked as number 2 and one of the best coffee shops in Greenville!
It is an honor to be a 7 month shop and get that kind of recognition. To know that we are making a difference in helping create community through coffee and tea is humbling and rewarding! Thank you to everyone who voted and everyone who is continuing to support us!
Euphoria
We were honored to be selected as a feature of Euphoria Greenville’s Southern Remedy. We collaborated with Sam Slaughter to create “The Mug Shot”: Larceny Bourbon, Cardamom infused cold brew, orange bitters, and topped with a vanilla creme.
The event was held February 27 at The Westfield in downtown Greenville right off the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Some amazing restaurants were in show there- including James Beard Semifinalist Oak Hill Cafe, Urban Wren Winery, The Habitap, and many more!
Concert Series
On Friday March 20, we will be hosting Songs of the Folk and Taylor Rose Elliot for our Cohesive Concert Series. Songs of the Folk is a music duo formed by Tyler and Lauren Cason, based out of Western North Carolina, who perform original music that incorporates folk revival and roots-based elements within an elevated art form that focuses on lyrical content, innovative harmony, and unique instrumental techniques.
This will be a super fun night and great for a date night! Doors open at 6 and the show starts at 6:30
